After an 8.5-year tour from Trondheim to London, London to Trondheim, Trondheim to New York, New York to Zürich, Stian has returned to Trondheim as Executive Creative Director and founding partner at ANTI Trondheim.
He began his career at Central Saint Martins University of the Arts, London in 2002. In 2006, Stian left London and started working in the advertising industry in Trondheim, Norway, where his innovative thinking proved to deliver big integrated experiences and ideas that have cultural interest at their core.
In 2011 Stian joined Leo Burnett New York where his multidisciplinary background has fueled some great new work for Chobani, Kellogg’s, Harris Tweed, Samsung, and had the creative lead on Sprout and FiLIP - the world’s first wearable mobile phone for kids.
In 2015 Stian moved to Zürich where he was a Digital Creative Director for Leo Burnett Zürich. Where he worked on Swiss brands such as Emmentaler, Rivella and Die Post (Postshop).
In 2016 he took on a new challenge to be part of the team building up the new office in Zürich as Creative Director, Digital at Heimat Werbeagentur GmbH. Leading the digital transformation of Swisscom.
In 2018 he co-founded ANTI Trondheim to build a new offering in Trondheim focusing on design & tech innovation through brand building and integrated experiences.
